Recently, the Bangsamoro Human Rights Commission (BHRC) concluded a meeting with the Bangsamoro communities in Palawan, Philippines. It was attended by the BHRC Chairperson Atty. Abdul Rashid P. Kalim, Commissioner Archie U. Buaya, MPA, Commissioner Atty. Dayang-Dayang Khadija Baguinda J. Dambong and other human rights advocates from the Commission.
The meeting provided an opportunity for open dialogue, allowing the BHRC to better understand the needs and challenges faced by our fellow Bangsamoro living outside the Region. During the meeting, the BHRC provided legal assistance to them.
The commitment of BHRC to serve the Bangsamoro communities inside and outside BARMM, exemplifies the very core principles of its human rights advocacy. It shows inclusivity and recognition to the equal worth and dignity of every individual.
